Nurlela is the local operator of the Monsinget reading post in Aceh province.  She is the driving force behind all of the programs in the reading post. She prepares everything – from cleaning the rooms, to reminding the participants of the event, to preparing the snacks.
Local operator is a volunteer who helps with the activities at the reading post; a library in the smallest scale facilitated and managed by the locals.
