“Hello, is this a library or a bookstore?”, asked a man as he looked inside the Cinta Baca City Library in Aceh. “This is a library, sir.” replied the local operator of the City Library. “Oh, that means I can come to read books, right? I often pass by here, I thought this place was a bookstore.”, the man continued. Not long after, the man came back with his daughter and spent 2 hours reading books at Cinta Baca Aceh City Library.
