The Miftahul Jannah Reading Post in South Sumatra is located at a pre-school, and a reading corner has been set up in the classroom since October. The aim is to make it easy for children to pick up books and read them after class. Adiba and Aulia, two students at Miftahul Jannah School, are serious readers who enjoy reading books together. They are very happy because they can read and look at the pictures in the books.

A Reading Post is the smallest form of library, with 200 books. The Reading Post is located at a local person’s house or in a public place to help children to have easy access to books. To take part in opening more reading posts in Indonesia, please email us at info@cintabaca.org
