Every Friday, Cinta Baca holds a storytelling program for our visitors, especially the many young kids who often hang out at the library. The types of stories shared vary greatly, but all are entertaining while also educational. Stories are not read by the library staff but rather by children who are the same ages or friends of those listening.
This is a weekly activity with the purpose of developing a love an joy of reading in the kids and help them to feel comfortable in a library setting.
