The children at the Al Malik Kindergarten Reading Post in Prabumulih, Palembang will tidy up the scattered books every time they finish reading. The books are returned to their shelves according to their categories. Even the school security guard, Edu, happily cleans up the books even though it’s not his job.

Reading post is a library in the smallest scale facilitated and managed by the locals. A reading post has reading groups and non-formal educational programs to encourage reading interest.
