On 22 – 24 October 2015, Cinta Baca Foundation was being facilitated by Bogor regional education service (Dinas Pendidikan Kota) to participate in International Literacy Day celebration in Karawang, West Java.
Cinta Baca presented storytelling in Bogor corner and successfully made some visitors came and asked more about Cinta Baca.
During lunch break in the same day, Cinta Baca team got a very good opportunity to present on the main stage a story from “The Giving Tree” book. Most o the visitors paid attention to the story. unfortunately due to hot weather, not much visitors brought their children to the event.
The event was officiated by The Culture and Elementary and Secondary Education Minister Anies Baswedan and joined by representatives of regional education service from all provinces in Indonesia.
Thank you for Bogor regional education service who had facilitated Cinta Baca to join International Literacy Day event, and gave Cinta Baca an opportunity to do storytelling during the event.
