Every week, there is a regular visitor to the Cinta Baca Library in Bogor, West Java. His name is Timothy. Timothy always comes with his mother because he is a child with special needs. Every time they come to the library, his mother always reads the books chosen by Timothy. “Even though Timothy is a special child, he is always calm and tries to look at the books here, and always asks his mother about the books they read together,” said a staff member at Cinta Baca.
